One pen name

Hellooo! How are you?!

I am posting today to let all of you know that I have decided to use one pen name to publish all of my books under. It has been a bit tough and messy trying to juggle a few pen names at a time. Hopefully by narrowing it down to just one pen name I will be able to focus more on my writing and less on trying to figure out which pen name has which books under it and stuff like that. The pen name is Evangeline Adare and I will be leaving the links to the facebook, smaswords, and blog page below.

premium catalog

Helloooo!   How are you?!

I just checked on the latest book that I published on smashwords.com and it has been approved into the premium catalog! For those of you who are unaware what the premium catalog is I'll let you know. The premium catalog is when the books that have been approved get sent to the other retailers that smashwords.com works with. I hope you all go and check it out at your favorite retailer or you can view my other post, that I put up today, which has a list of the retailers that my books will be sent to or have already been sent to.

Yet another book...has been published!

Hellooo! How are you?!

I'm back after dealing with poor health and my wedding pans. I am getting married in a few months, yay, so it's been pretty hectic with just that.

Anyways I have finished another book, and of course published it on Smashwords.com. I'm still waiting to see if it will be approved to be distributed to the other retailers or not. I'll leave a synopsis below along with the link to the book.

Oh! And I hope, hope, hope your new year is going wonderfully so far, I know mine is.

synopsis:

Do you want to come out of the closet but don't know how to go about it? Well have no fear because within this book you'll find tips and tricks to help you through your emotional journey with accepting yourself, coming out, and dealing with difficult situations while being male to female transgendered. Also includes a how to guide for beginners to female clothes and fashion.

staying out of editing mode

Helloooo! How are you?!

Today I will be talking about how to stay out of editing mode while you are writing. I know I know easier said then done. But hopefully these tips will help all of you.

tip number one - write your first draft of your story longhand. With most people editing written work is a lot harder so you will be less tempted to edit it while you are writing.

tip number two - put a cotton ball on your backspace key so you are reminded not to edit while you are writing.

tip number three - start to challenge yourself by writing 500 words as fast as you can type. Remember to time yourself to see if you can do it in less than 15 minutes.
